Preschool Ministry
The purpose
of our preschool is to help each child:
- Feel comfortable, loved, and wanted.
- Grow in his independence, to solve his own problems, and to share with others
- Feel more secure with adults, with other children and in a variety of situations.
- Begin to associate God with feelings of wonder, love and happiness. To learn that He
is the God of creation, God loves them and that there is no other God--He is the One and Only God.
God made the world and God made them.
- Learn that Jesus loves everyone and He is the only Son of God. He is the Savior and
our friend.
- Think of the Bible as a special book, and to become familiar with, and enjoy Bible
stories that are meaningful to him. God gave us this special book and it is God's written Word. The
Bible is His guidebook.
- To learn that the church is a body of believers and also a special place to learn
about God.
- Know that God planned for families where love can be found and felt.
