Women on Mission

Discover the
Joy of Missions!!

Main Street Baptist Church offers a Women On Missions program that meets once a month for lunch and a program. They pray for and give to missions, they also participate in the work of the church and denomination, visit shut-ins, give memorials and minister to the sick and the needy.

Baptist Men on Mission

BMEN "God's man, in the center of God's will, is immortal, till God is through with him." Our nation, our world is slowly entering spiritual chaos. Never before has the need of Godly men been so prevalent. If you would like to step up and serve, BMEN meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the fellowship hall.

Pinebelt Adult Literacy Ministry (P.A.L.M.)

P.A.L.M.This is a free program that helps adults learn to read. Volunteers teach students one on one, in a christian environment, and at times convenient to the student. If you are an adult 18 years or older and need help learning to read, now is your chance. For more information or if you would like to volunteer as a teacher call the church at 601-296-8000 and ask for Susan Tullos, director.

L.I.F.T. Christian Women's Job Corp

Ladies in Fellowship and Training CWJCChristian Women's Job Corps provides a Christian context in which women in need are equipped for life and employment; and a missions context in which women help women. The L.I.F.T. group at Main Street Baptist teach computer skills to the community to better equip people in need for the job force.
